We keep seeing examples of a broken society, fueled by a variety of factors, but connected by inherent bias and systemic racism. The latest came with George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis, which sparked nationwide protests.  My colleague and inclusive excellence vice president at American Family Insurance, Tyler Whipple, said it best. “If you’re not angry, you’re not paying attention, don’t care, think it’s OK, or have been desensitized.”  He’s right.
