Report: Florida among states with worst drivers

Florida is home to some of the worst drivers in the U.S., according to a new report. SmartAsset, a New York-based personal financial technology company, ranked Florida at No. 4 for the state with the worst drivers. Only Mississippi, Nevada and Tennessee ranked worst.
