New York has tacked on three more states to its travel advisory list due to the novel coronavirus. The latest additions include Delaware, Kansas and Oklahoma and bring to 19 overall the number of states that require anyone coming to New York from those states to quarantine for 14 days. The restriction applies to any person arriving from a state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents over a 7-day rolling average or a state with a 10% or higher positivity rate over a 7-day…
