Lawsuit by developer stalls Edwardsville Hard Rock Hotel project

The developer for an Edwardsville Hard Rock Hotel project is suing the project's lender, putting the hotel's future in jeopardy.  The Kansas City Star reports that the developer, One10 Hotel HRKC LLC, accused real estate finance firm Altos Groups, based in North Carolina, of fraud and misrepresentation.
