'I'm pleading with people:' St. Charles County executive encourages face masks as cases spike

St. Charles County reported 105 new Covid-19 cases Thursday, a new single-day record as cases there continue to rise. "I'm pleading with people, please wear a mask," St. Charles County Executive Steve Ehlmann said. He added he’s "very concerned" about the spike.
