California is partially rolling back reopening of its economy as Covid-19 cases surge throughout the state. Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered on Monday that all bars across California close, along with ending indoor service for restaurants, wineries, cardrooms, movie theaters, zoos and museums, effective immediately.
