The second application window for the $225 million Covid-19 Relief Pennsylvania Statewide Small Business Assistance program opens on Aug. 10 and closes Aug. 28. The program supports small businesses impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and related restrictions, such as the business closure order the commonwealth put in place in mid-March, by providing grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 which are distributed by Community Development Financial Institutions.
