Orange County next week will consider a program designed to help avoid evictions for tenants impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. The county may use up to $20 million for the proposed eviction prevention program, which would be administered by the Orange County Bar Association and funded by federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding.
