S.F. to reopen indoor fitness, services and hotels Monday

Several San Francisco business sectors dormant since March will be allowed to reopen Monday, San Francisco officials announced Thursday afternoon. Indoor personal services can resume at hair and nail salons, fitness centers, massage studios and tattoo parlors with limited capacity and mandatory face masks at all times.
