Pacific Star Capital CEO's firm sells Fisher Island penthouse for $11M (Photos)

A firm controlled by Pacific Star Capital CEO and co-founder Aria Mehrabi sold a penthouse on Fisher Island near Miami Beach for $11 million. Magi Houston LLC, managed by Mehrabi, sold the 6,820-square-foot Unit 7764 at Oceanside at Fisher Island to OIF Corp., managed by Salvador Onate Barron and Denisse Iberri Orozco in Mexico.
