'Every Ohioan should be alarmed' by surging Covid-19 cases, DeWine says

Gov. Mike DeWine on Tuesday pleaded for "personal responsibility" to stop spread of the coronavirus and avoid a repeat of shutdown orders. "Please reconsider hosting or attending gatherings of any size – this includes with friends and extended family," DeWine said. "Think about canceling events. Certainly don’t go to Halloween parties."
