Apple agrees to $113 million settlement of 'batterygate' consumer fraud lawsuits

Months after agreeing to settle a private class-action lawsuit of up to $500 million, Apple Inc. agreed to pay a $113 million fine to settle consumer fraud lawsuits around the 2017 "batterygate" scandal.
