Scout moving from longtime storefront in NuLu to St. Matthews

A longtime NuLu retailer is downsizing its storefront in a move to St. Matthews early next year. Scout, an eclectic home decor and gift retailer, will move from its current storefront at 720 E. Market St. to Chenoweth Plaza on Brownsboro Road. Jim George, who co-owns Scout with partner Sam Bassett, said the coronavirus pandemic has truly altered the retail environment.
