Atlanta small business owners are at it again—applying for federal coronavirus assistance. The U.S. Small Business Administration launched its second draw of Paycheck Protection Program loans Jan. 13. Community financial institutions which usually have ties to smaller businesses, minority-owned firms and solopreneurs began processing PPP applications first.
