Nashville, Austin investors plan to buy Madison Town Center

Nashville- and Austin-based developers are under contract to buy the Madison Town Center, the Nashville Post reported. Local real estate investor and developer Tyler Cauble, alongside Matthew Taylor and Colin Brothers of the Austin-based Artesia Real Estate, plan to close on the development by the end of the month, Nashville Post reported.
