FirstEnergy expects to 'incur a loss' for its role in bribery scandal

The electric utility based in Akron, Ohio, has begun talking with the Justice Department (DOJ) to try to resolve and avoid prosecution for its role in the $61 million bribery scandal related to Ohio's nuclear plant bailout bill.
