Lowe’s looks to hire 50,000 employees — including hundreds in Houston

Lowe’s Cos. Inc. (NYSE: LOW) is hosting a national hiring day across its footprint next week. The Mooresville, North Carolina-based home-improvement retailer plans to hire more than 50,000 seasonal, part-time and full-time employees.  That includes more than 850 — or up to roughly 900 — positions in the Houston market.
