BioHarvest Sciences Inc (CSE:BHSC) (OTCMKTS:CNVCF) (FRA:8MV) has announced that it will launch online sales of VINIA, a red grape cell functional food and dietary supplement, in the US market at 8.00am Eastern Time on May 12, 2021 through its website. The Vancouver-based company said it was a “turning point” for it to bring its flagship product to the US, which is the world’s largest market for nutraceutical supplements. According to Persistence Market Research, the US dietary supplement market is estimated at around $53 billion. VINIA is the first product in the world to contain Piceid Resveratrol from red grapes at levels in each capsule which is equivalent to the amount of Piceid Resveratrol in a bottle of red wine, bringing consumers the benefits of red wine with “the advantage of zero calories, zero sugar, and zero percent alcohol,” said the company. VINIA supports heart health, boosts physical energy and mental alertness, through "increased blood flow and delivery of oxygen to the body's tissues and organs,” added BioHarvest.
