San Jose startup SiMa.ai has raised $80M to develop its machine learning chips

Chip designer SiMa Technologies Inc. has raised $80 million in new funding. The San Jose company is working on system-on-a-chip that's designed to boost the ability of edge computing systems to use machine learning.
