Inside the partnership that is making downtown Pittsburgh safer

A group including Allegheny Health Network, the county departments of health and human services, and the City of Pittsburgh Public Safety, have launched a program that partners police and social first-responders to help people homeless or in crisis downtown with a suite of services to strengthen housing, health care, mental health care and support.
