Snowline Gold Corp (CSE:SGD) (OTCPINK:SNWGF) has said that it will initiate a fully funded 2021 exploration program in the first week of June at its flagship Einarson and Rogue projects in Yukon’s metal-rich Selwyn Basin, in Canada. The Yukon territory-focused gold exploration company said that discovery-stage drilling at Einarson and Rogue is designed to follow up multiple zones of high-grade gold found on surface, which included up to 34 grams per metric ton (g/t) of gold at Einarson, and up to 152 g/t gold at Rogue. “Geological programmes will also include the assessment of structural and lithological controls on mineralization in the region,” said the company. Endeavour Mining Corp (TSE:EDV) (OTCQX:EDVMF) (FRA:E5Y1) announced that all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting and Court and Extraordinary General Meetings were duly passed. As such, the company said it remains on track to list on the London Stock Exchange on or about June 14. Endeavour noted it is not intending to raise capital in conjunction with its London listing and will be retaining its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Shares will trade on both exchanges under the ticker symbol ‘EDV’. The company said the greenhouse will be operated as a Michigan Regulated Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Facility and will be the largest of its kind in Michigan and one of the largest in the US. Esports Entertainment Group Inc (NASDAQ:GMBL) has signed an agreement to acquire sports betting operator Bethard Group Limited, which operates the business-to-consumer arm of Gameday Group PLC. Esports Entertainment will pay €16 million ($19.5 million) in cash and a 12% net gaming revenue share for two years, the company said. The deal is expected to close on July 1. Kidoz Inc (CVE:KIDZ) announced it has launched a 12-month digital media initiative with popular online marketing platform AGORACOM. In a statement, Kidoz said it expects to generate “significant exposure” through its presence on the AGORACOM Digital Network, which recently surpassed 600 million page views and exceeds industry engagement metrics by over 400% in its work to-date with over 350 public companies.
