Offers augmented reality-as-a service platform that enables businesses, sport teams, and individuals to launch their own AR campaigns Mobile users can create 3D holograms, videos, and images to share on social media   Currently developing AR-enhanced non-fungible tokens (NFTs) What ImagineAR does: ImagineAR Inc (CSE:IP) (OCTMKTS:IPNFF) creates augmented reality (AR) technology that blends together the real with the digital. The Vancouver-based company, which changed its name from Imagination Park Technologies in April 2020, has developed ImagineAR.com and its AR-as-a service platform that enables businesses or individuals to launch their own AR campaigns without any prior programming or technology experience. The ImagineAR.com mobile app is available in the IOS and Android mobile app stores. Every organization from professional sports franchises to small retailers can develop interactive AR campaigns that inform, entertain and reward consumers with any type of content - including 3D holograms, videos, and images as well as advertisements and coupons. Consumers can then enjoy a game-like experience that they can instantly share on social media. The platform, protected by seven patents, is simple to use. Just point a mobile device at logos, signs, buildings, products, landmarks, and more to create the desired content that is activated via AR visual markers and GPS locations. The interactive content is hosted in the cloud and managed using a menu-driven portal. ImagineAR is also advancing another operation -- Oasis Digital Studios, a collaboration with Liquid Avatar Technologies Inc (CSE:LQID) (OTCMKTS:TRWRF) (FRA:4T5). The companies are currently developing AR-enhanced non-fungible tokens, or NFTs.  How is it doing: For 2021 so far, ImagineAR has been building partnerships with a concentration in the sports and entertainment industries while licensing its technology and strengthening its leadership team. The company has also exercised warrants to raise nearly $1.1 million.  One of its biggest tie-ups is with top-ranked Spanish soccer team Valencia CF to provide its AR SDK platform to engage its huge global fan base of 7 million. Valencia is also its first professional sports partner outside the US. ImagineAR also landed a similar arrangement with another Spanish club, Real Sociedad of La Liga, as well as with Brazilian soccer team Club Atlético Mineiro to provide both its SDK platform for fan activation and engagement via mobile apps.  The company also has deals to develop white-label apps for World Tens Rugby and Global Sports Initiatives, and Automotive Industries, the world's oldest and continuously published trade publication covering the automaking business. ImagineAR recently struck a partnership with the Hype Sports Global Accelerator Program where it was selected by 18 various sports teams, leagues, and broadcasters including Vegas Knights, Sinclair Broadcasting, Rogers Communications, Philadelphia Phillies, FC Koln, and others. Company representatives have already met directly with all 18 partners to discuss potential proof of concepts, licensing agreements, and technology capabilities. To further its connections within the North American sports industry, the company recently signed a five-year revenue-sharing agreement with the NFL Alumni Academy to help launch new mobile interactive products.  ImagineAR also won a five-year licensing agreement to provide its platform to custom graphics company SlapItOn for the launch of its new line of interactive products featuring athletes and celebrities, including the Indoor Football League’s Minnesota Blizzard and Arizona Rattlers. ImagineAR will earn revenue fees under the deal. In May, ImagineAR was selected as one of the 10 finalists to participate in the Euroleague Basketball FanXP, a 10-week incubation project with top basketball clubs in Europe, As a finalist, the company will participate in private keynote sessions and be asked to adapt its products to Euroleague Basketball's ecosystem and propose a program to be conducted with the league or one of its clubs.  The company naturally is striking other tie-ups beyond the sports industry and has inked a memorandum of understanding with fellow tech group Loop Insights Inc. to form a merged platform aimed at the sports, entertainment, and retail industries. ImagineAR will combine its AR technology with Loop’s artificial intelligence (AI) expertise to make the customer experience hyper-personalized. In a milestone move, ImagineAR also hooked up with Shoppers Drug Mart, in partnership with HumanContact Inc, to deliver an immersive AR experience to over 2,500 corporate staff, pharmacist-owners, and front store managers across Canada. Using the white-label mobile app, Canada's largest pharmacy chain will integrate dynamic AR into live-streamed virtual event sessions.  In another big move, the company is deepening its involvement in the newly emerging world of NFTs through Oasis Digital Studios with partner Liquid Avatar Technologies. Oasis is developing NFTs with cinematic quality, motion, sound, and special effects that make them true collectibles.  In fact, Oasis has teamed up with Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum rapper Jeezy to release a limited series of AR-enhanced versions of his iconic Snowman logo as NFT. In addition, Oasis is working with McCartney Multimedia to bring images of The Beatles and leader John Lennon to life via NFTs. Oasis has also partnered with Apex Comics Group to publish Mr Right, a new multimedia project by legendary Marvel Entertainment and pop culture veterans Tom DeFalco, Ron Frenz, and Sal Buscema. The project will consist of printed and digital comic books, digital avatars, and AR-enhanced NFT collectibles.  While ImagineAR is focused on the North American and European markets, it has plans to expand into Asia. The company has partnered with Blue United Corporation as its official agency to launch its AR platform in Japan and added experienced technology executive Masa Ishimitsu to its team. To spearhead a launch in India, ImagineAR has also struck an agreement with Indian superstar singer Ananya Birla. Meanwhile, the company has added seasoned veterans from college sports and entertainment to its leadership team.  In late 2020, First Tube Media CEO and founder Andrew Beranbom joined as an advisor to CEO Alen Paul Silverrstieen for the purpose of launching Immersive AR Engagement during live streaming branded music concerts. Division ONE Sports founder Troy Miller and former Portland Trail Blazers CIO Chris Dill are also now advisors with the goal of bringing AR technology to college and pro sports stadiums. Former Pro Bowler and Washington quarterback Gus Frerotte is a key advisor as well.
