Centene to pay Ohio $88M to settle prescription pricing lawsuit

Centene Corp. has agreed to pay $88 million to Ohio Medicaid to settle a lawsuit over how it charged the state for prescriptions – and set aside $1.1 billion to head off similar complaints from other states.
