A firm led by Raul Marcelo Claure, the CEO of SoftBank Group International in Miami and a part-owner of the Inter Miami CF MLS team, sold a Miami Beach mansion to billionaire Joshua J. Harris, who owns teams in the NBA and NHL. MCL Real Estate LLC, managed by Claure, sold the 9,119-square-foot home at 2060 N. Bay Road for $32.25 million to Harris. The price equated to $3,537 a square foot. It was an off-market deal. The home last traded for $11.5 million in 2010, so it nearly tripled in value.…
