Ballpark Commons saw Illinois tourism boost during pandemic

If you were to head to the Ballpark Commons to check out a Milwaukee Milkmen game this past summer, you would have seen a sea of blue and white Illinois license plates, according to Franklin Mayor Steve Olson.
