Prices slightly adjust as inventory of homes on market in Albuquerque evens out

Ramon Casaus has had to tweak his usual five-day plan for a new single-family home listing from months ago — but just slightly. Casaus, the founder and CEO of ROC Real Estate Partners, said Albuquerque's housing market is starting to correct itself after months of record-low inventory.
