WebPT acquires competitor Clinicient, cementing Valley startup's role as market leader

WebPT, one of Arizona's biggest startup successes, said that it had acquired Clinicient, a major competitor based in Oregon. The acquisition is part of a new chapter for WebPT, which also brought in a new CEO in November, who spoke to the Business Journal about the impact of the deal.
