Engineering firm that's worked on large neighborhoods, office projects acquired

Dozens of employees are on the move after Austin-based civil engineering firm LDC was bought. It has worked on projects such as Goodnight Ranch, a 420-acre master-planned community; the 50,000-square-foot corporate office for HHS in Dripping Springs; and Whisper Valley, a 2,063-acre master-planned community.
