Iowa Woman Pleads Guilty To Hate Crimes After Intentionally Running Down Two Kids Because Of Their Skin Color

An Iowa woman, Nicole Poole Franklin, has pleaded guilty to federal hate crimes after she intentionally ran over two children with her SUV in 2019 due to their skin color.
