EF1 Tornado confirmed outside Baltimore

The National Weather Service confirms that an EF1 tornado touched down near Columbia, Maryland on Thursday. It came as severe storms rumbled through the Baltimore area, toppling trees, causing power outages and keeping students in some schools. (May 24)
