Conductor Mariss Jansons dies at 76; led top orchestras

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — Latvian-born conductor Mariss Jansons, who led top classical ensembles including the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam, has died in Russia.
