Alex Ovechkin one of four Capitals placed on NHL covid-19 protocol absences-related list

Alex Ovechkin, Evgeny Kuznetsov, Dmitry Orlov and Ilya Samsonov were placed on the list. What’s more, the NHL fined the Capitals $100,000 for player violations related to the health protocols.
