Gujarat: Family restrained from demanding bride money from son-in-law

The Gujarat high court has restrained a Thakor family in Patan district from asking for customary bride money from its son-in-law. The complainant was seeking the custody of his pregnant wife after being released from jail where he was held under POCSO and rape charges for eloping with her two years ago.
