Customers say celebrity-backed hair product Wen backfired

Popular hair care line Wen is facing backlash and lawsuits. Major celebrities like Brooke Shields, Alyssa Milano and Angie Harmon have endorsed the hair products, but now hundreds of customers say the line created by Hollywood stylist Chaz Dean caused their hair to fall out. Anna Werner reports.
