Nikki Haley: ‘Harsh reality’ is Bernie Sanders will be Budget Committee chairman

Nikki Haley said on Saturday that it was time to face the “harsh reality” that Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., would be the new chair of the Senate Budget Committee -- after Democrats took the Senate by winning both runoffs in Georgia.
