Andy McCarthy: 'Obviously inappropriate' for Cuomo vaccine czar to ask county officials for allegiance

Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy said it is "entirely understandable" that county officials may have felt threatened when New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's "vaccine czar" Larry Schwartz reportedly questioned them about their loyalty to Cuomo as he faces scandals related to nursing home deaths and sexual harassment allegations.
