D.C. set for another showdown over U.S. debt limit

The federal government is about to hit its mandated debt ceiling. Hoping to avoid another fight over this with the Republicans, Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew wrote to House Speaker John Boehner calling him to "address this matter without controversy or brinkmanship."
