Iran celebrates as ending sanctions opens "new chapter"

President Hassan Rouhani says his country will no longer be called a threat to the world. Iranians may be happy with the agreement, but other countries in the region say they're not sure. Israel is calling the deal a disaster. Charlie D’Agata reports on the reaction from the Middle East.
