Rand Paul's plan to "mix it up" at Cleveland GOP debate

Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul is one of the 10 Republican presidential candidates who qualified for the first prime-time GOP debate. Paul's poll numbers and fundraising suffered after Donald Trump entered the race in June. Paul also faces new challenges stemming from the indictment of his father's 2012 campaign aides. Paul joins "CBS This Morning" before he takes the stage in Cleveland.
