Obama: ISIS wins if we react out of fear and start changing how we live

British warplanes are joining the American-led bombing campaign against ISIS in Syria. The United States and its allies have ramped up the fight against ISIS since the November terror attacks in Paris that left 130 people dead. Norah O’Donnell spoke with President Obama at the White House about the threat of ISIS-related terror attacks at home.
