Trump stirs controversy with comments on abortion, punishment and women

Donald Trump earned scorn Wednesday from both the right and the left after pushing for an abortion ban, then saying that women who subsequently get the outlawed procedure should be punished. The GOP front-runner quickly changed his stance and said doctors, not women, should be punished. Major Garrett has more.
