Rubio bill aims to upend Biden admin's 'equity' approach to monoclonal antibody treatment

Rubio introduced the Treatment for Emergency Antibody Therapeutics (TREAT) Act on Tuesday as a legislative response to President Biden’s plan to force states to go through HHS to disburse the treatments.
