At Least 7 Dead, Hundreds Injured Amid Sudan Military's Coup Takeover Attempt, Prime Minister's Arrest

Thousands of Sudanese protesters took to the streets of the capital city of Khartoum and several others to decry the military's coup takeover attempt. Troops were reported to have opened fire at civilians, killing at least seven people and injuring roughly 140 others.
