With a team of chefs hand-selected by celebrity chefs Guy Fieri and Aaron May themselves, the culinary experience that is the Players Tailgate promises to once again up-the-ante in February in Atlanta.

Bullseye Event Group is excited to announce the remaining celebrity chef lineup for the 2019 Players Tailgate at Super Bowl 53 in Atlanta, Georgia!
Joining celebrity chefs Guy Fieri and Aaron may are: chefs Thiago Silva, Ken Oringer, Jamie Bissonette, Michael Voltaggio, David Rose, and the Fox Bros. BBQ and Big Green Egg teams.

A Brazilian-born native of Queens, New York, chef Thiago Silva is considered the expert when it comes to pastries. Thiago epitomizes the self-made, obsessive pastry chef, where during high school he interned at Fauchon, the iconic French epicure, where he learned his classic techniques. For years, Silva has designed and implemented dessert menus across the world, with the responsibility of creating unique desserts for handfuls of celebrity clients, including Derek Jeter, John Legend, Sophia Vergara, Lady Antebellum, Brooke Shiels and the 2011 Super Bowl champion New York Giants team.
Silva has been honored with various accolades such as Zagat's "30 Under 30" of 2013, Dessert Professional Magazine’s “Top Ten Pastry Chefs in North America” of 2015, and People Magazine’s “14 Sexiest Chefs in America” in 2015.

One of the Boston area's most notable chefs and restaurateurs, Ken Oringer first began his journey in San Francisco at critically acclaimed dining destinations such as Silks in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It was there that Oringer began to attract attention for his distinctive Asian-accented styles and his flair for making the most of his cutting-edge ingredients.
Shortly thereafter, Oringer opened "Clio" in Boston, an elegant restaurant within The Eliot Hotel, featuring a contemporary French-American menu. Within the first year, Clio was named “Best Newcomer of the Year” by Gourmet magazine and made John Mariani’s respected list of “America’s Best New Restaurants” in Esquire.

Winner of Season 6 of Bravo's "Top Chef," chef Michael Voltaggio has worked under modernist master chef José Andrés as chef de cuisine at Andrés’s Beverly Hills restaurant The Bazaar. But Voltaggio's career began at the Greenbrier's prestigious culinary apprenticeship program.
Having received several culinary awards, including the AAA Five Diamond aware, the Mobil Five-Star Award, and a Michelin Star, Voltaggio was the Chef de Cuisine at The Dining Room at the Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa in Pasadena. Voltaggio now has his own highly successful "Ink" restaurant in West Hollywood.
