WhiteWater Express Continues to Expand through Acquisition, New Development, and Key Addition to Senior Management Team

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WhiteWater Express Car Wash (“WhiteWater”), an express car wash platform headquartered in Houston, has acquired the Dallas-Fort Worth based LandShark Express Car Wash (“LandShark”). The LandShark acquisition brings WhiteWater to 8 car washes in the Dallas-Fort Worth market with several future sites in development. In addition, WhiteWater has four additional greenfield sites scheduled to open by the end of the year as well as an acquisition under contract for a total of
