*DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX / ACCESSWIRE / October 22, 2020 / *Luke Wade's personal journey to get to where he is now was not as smooth as most people would think. Instead, it was filled with overwhelming experiences, unexpected transitions, a weight problem, and a life-changing injury, which all inspired the success story of his life as they gave him proper perspective and direction. Understanding how difficult it is for people who are struggling with their weight, recovering from an injury, and battling with depression, Wade found a way to transform his life's greatest challenges into Luke Liftup Fitness.

His dedication to helping people lose weight or get right back on track after an injury is more than just a livelihood for Wade. He puts a high premium on being welcomed into the lives of his clients and being able to help them ascend from their insecurities, physical frailty, and frustrations because he, too, went through them in the past. It is for these reasons that he chose a path in fitness, earning a personal trainer certification from the Cooper Institute, certification in exercise nutrition from Precision Nutrition, and a BA psychology degree with a minor in nutrition sciences from Baylor University in 2014. To help him scale his company, he pursued an MBA at TCU Neeley School of Business, finishing August 2020.

Prior to building his company, Wade was a bonafide underdog. He pushed himself to be physically fit after experiencing depression and anxiety due to bullying during 6th grade for being overweight. His efforts did pay off as he lost his unwanted weight by joining a summer strength and conditioning camp programmed for high school athletes. 7th grade he came back a new person. Some years later he suffered from a shattered elbow injury and instantly relived the horrors of his past. Fitness became a gateway for Wade to heal faster and shake off his feelings of depression and hopelessness, as he returned stronger than ever the following year.

A decade after his elbow injury, Wade dropped out of physical therapy school without a concrete plan of what to do next. What was apparent, however, was his strong passion for fitness. Without hesitation, he dove back into the game, started to attract clients seeking personal training, and found his direction once again. After having gained a considerable degree of momentum, however, Wade was faced with a dilemma no one in the world anticipated to happen in this lifetime: a pandemic.

"2/3 of my client base abandoned ship. They didn't like the idea of transitioning online. But because of the way my business was set up I was still able to work with several of them and earn enough to sustain me through that rocky first couple months of lockdown. I will forever be grateful to those who weathered the storm with me. Most of them are still with me today," Wade reveals.

Just recently, Luke Wade went all-out on Facebook, sharing his personal fitness journey as well as his former alcohol addiction to inspire others who are struggling with it as well. Sharing his story with courage and humility moved the people closest to him to see him differently-through eyes of love and admiration. Despite the pandemic and the personal battle that he continues to fight to this day against alcoholism, now 7 months sober, Wade experienced his best months in terms of gross income as he labored to elevate his business. With help from mentors, Wade scaled his business from a local to an international entity.

"This pandemic has led me to, through the uncertainty many of us are still facing, take a closer look at my life and examine what I can be doing better. Not just for my own future, but for the future of the world as we know it," Wade adds.

Additionally, Luke Wade co-authored an Amazon best seller book, something that helped him stay productive despite the world crisis. At present, he is working on his first solo book that is expected to come out on Valentine's Day next year. As he continues to dedicate his career to helping others through his inspiring story and fitness coaching skills, Wade is making a bigger impact than he anticipated.
