*LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / January 14, 2021 / *Born and raised in the Philippines, Nina Presto has been extremely dedicated and hardworking from a young age. As a teenager, she was the breadwinner of her family, working to put herself and her brother through school. In her early 20s, she made the journey to the states. She touched down in Jacksonville, Florida, and she quickly realized that she had very different expectations of what she thought America was going to look like.

She thought to herself, "It looks different than the America I had seen on TV!"

Although Nina had only been in Jacksonville, Florida for 6 months, she knew she needed to move once more. She wanted to go somewhere where she could still pursue her first love, dancing. As a teenager, Nina felt very fortunate to be given an opportunity to be a part of a dance crew in the Philippines. It was the best of both worlds, performing on many TV channels and shows and doing what she loves, all while earning a living at the same time. Truly a dream for Nina in her teen years and she continued that dream through teaching summer dance classes for kids and attending school to finish her major when she arrived in the U.S.

As soon as she arrived in the U.S., she quickly realized her dream was going to take a while to happen, and potentially, not at all given the situation that she was in. Even when the odds were against her, she still tried but she knows that she needs to be more practical and think of what's best for her infant daughter's future.

As a young mom and being away from her family, with no friends and no job, she knew that she would have to do everything that she could to give her daughter a good life. Nina was ready to take on anything, believing that God has great plans for her and her daughter.

Nina convinced her now ex-husband to leave Florida to start a life somewhere else. Her ex-husband, who was not yet in the military at the time, reluctantly agreed. Relocating with her and their daughter to start anywhere but Florida would require a drastic change in their lifestyle and jobs. But Nina believed in her heart that it would be worth it.

Nina decided that Las Vegas is where she wanted to be. As soon as she arrived, she regained hope. She began to find ways to continue her original plan to finish her education as an AB Psychology major, working with kids as a school psychologist, only to find out that her college credits would not transfer to the university here in the U.S. Once again she was faced with another set back. She had to make a decision to either start her schooling from the beginning or go back to the Philippines to take the remainder of 2 semesters she still had left. Nina learned that her immigration status would not permit her to leave the country just yet. Not to mention, she did not have the resources, nor the time. Nina decided to do something else that would allow her to stay in the country and start earning a living sooner.

Nina soon found an opportunity to study to be a medical assistant and a phlebotomist at the Academy of Healing Arts in Las Vegas. She received Honors from achieving good grades, as well as an Outstanding Student Award for helping her classmate that was having difficulty in understanding some subjects.

"The Outstanding Student Award was something that I was not expecting to receive. I was just doing what I believed a person should do", states Nina.

After graduating, Nina ventured into applying at a few medical offices and got a job at a Podiatrist office. Here, she found trust, kindness, and respect from her employer, and in appreciation, Nina was motivated to work hard.

While she was working as a medical assistant shadowing for doctors and doing clerical and administrative work in the front and back office, she was also in the process of starting her daycare business. This venture would enable her to provide for her daughter, while making sure she wouldn't miss any major milestones in her daughter's life. Working with kids has always been a part of Nina's plan. So, when she finally got her license as a daycare provider, it was such a momentous occasion for Nina. She felt like her hard work had finally paid off. For the next few years she ran a successful daycare and felt blessed to spend everyday with her daughter while also working with other children.

When Nina realized she had outgrown her daycare facility, she decided it was time to expand to a bigger location, but she was instantly overwhelmed by all the options. Uncertain whether to buy or lease, and on what terms, Nina decided she needed to learn more about the real estate industry before she could make the best decision for her business. She began studying real estate and instantly fell in love. That's when Nina decided real estate could fulfill her longing to provide and serve not only for her family, but also others as well.

As a realtor, Nina is dedicated to providing the best possible service to her clients. She values the trust her clients have bestowed on her and she genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. Now that her daughter is all grown up and is moving to college with a dream to become either a lawyer, dentist or a teacher one day, Nina knows that she will be more focused than ever to her clients' needs and be there for them with her undivided attention.

To Nina, assisting clients with their real estate needs is a big responsibility and one that she takes seriously.

"Buying and selling a house is a major life decision and owning a home is the American dream", says Nina. "I focus on each relationship and making sure that my clients feel seen, heard, understood, and most importantly that we find the home that fits all of their needs".

Nina can empathize with her clients when it comes to wanting the best for their family. She takes pride in serving her clients by bringing them the results they expect every time. Nina's culture and upbringing plays a big role in her efforts to build lasting relationships with her clients, as she understands how important family is. She listens to all of their concerns about buying and selling their home and responds in a way as if it was her own experience.

Nina hopes to send a message that if she can achieve her dreams, one- of which is owning a home from little to no resources, then her clients can achieve it too! She is confident that she will provide the results to her clients according to their expectations.

When Nina is not doing Real Estate, she is spending time with her family. She is big on supporting and encouraging her daughter who loves dabbling in fashion, pageantry, and modeling. Nina also joins her daughter in these events from time to time. Nina, despite lacking complete confidence, always takes on whatever she puts her mind to head on. She believes this helps build her and her daughter‘s self confidence and leadership skills.

"Believing in yourself and making a difference to inspire others to achieve something that may have been deemed impossible, is an awesome way to enjoy life and have fun."

Nina believes that this is also one of the best ways to be involved and to use these platforms to give back and make a difference in the community. Nina is a part of a broadcasting team from PHLVRadio, serving Las Vegas. They deliver news, community awareness, business and real estate information, current affairs, and entertainment.
