The new site will leverage the infinite recyclability of copper and serve as both a hub for closed-loop recycling, as well as a refining center of third-party scrap utilizing state of the art equipment and technology.

Operations at Wieland's recycling center in Shelbyville, KY are expected to commence in late 2022.
