Fans voted the Dallas Cowboys’ Micah Parsons as the "NFL on FOX" Defensive Rookie of the Year. Parsons led all rookies with 13 sacks. Also in the running was the Baltimore Ravens’ Odafe Oweh, the Los Angeles Chargers’ Asante Samuel Jr, and the Denver Broncos Patrick Surtain II.
