Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4088776 Available for Fall Creators Update PCsThis month’s Patch Tuesday rollout includes a cumulative update for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, and it features both security and non-security improvements. Windows 10 cumulative update KB4088776 bumps the OS version to 16299.309, and to check if the update installed correctly, you can type winver in the Start menu and verify the version. Naturally, this update comes with plenty of security fixes, so Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Windows Desktop Bridge, Windows Shell, and other Windows components are being targeted with patches for reported vulnerabilities. There are also fixes for issues that were caused by previous cumulative updates, including for servers and client PCs.
